We are pleased to inform you that as of June 1st 2011, the undersigned, Mr. Richard Brandwijk, has acquired all the shares of Egmond Plastic BV.

After 43 years of hard work, Mr. Jan Egmond has decided to withdraw as Managing director. He will however still be involved in Egmond Plastic as technical consultant.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jan Egmond for all the years of hard work and all the effort that went in to building up Egmond Plastic. We are proud to say that under his leadership Egmond Plastic became a world player in the injection moulding business, specialized in the use of engineering plastics for products with complicated designs. Jan has truly made the “impossible” possible!

Together with our dedicated team, we are committed to continue what Jan Egmond has started. High quality, on-time delivery and technical innovation in the field of injection moulding remain the foundation of our company. We are also planning to further extend our assembly department to offer, in combination with our spray painting and vacuum metalizing capabilities, a total solution towards our customers.

The change in management at Egmond Plastic will not have any effect on our continued efforts to provide our clients with the best products, service and quality that you have come to expect of us in the past 43 years.
