Egmond Plastic is proud of its social role as a medium-sized company. This means we invest time in the technical as well as the broader development of our employees. For example, we provide Dutch language lessons for our many Vietnamese employees. Young people with a passion for technology, who, after an extensive screening, come to us via the Youth Counter at the UWV (association implementing employee insurance schemes in the Netherlands), get a fine opportunity to learn the trade.

Egmond Plastic hires young people as well as older professionals with extensive experience in the field. In addition to creating development opportunities for our employees Egmond Plastic is also consciously working towards running an environmentally sustainable business. Waste plastic is recycled and reused for external applications. We solely use environmentally friendly cleaning products during our entire business process.
