With the implementation of the new business strategies of Egmond Plastic, Quick Response Manufacturing and lean production/manufacturing, ánd the increased volume of orders, it is necessary to rebuild Egmond Plastic.

Relocation has been a consideration, however, with the above-mentioned strategies it is possible to stay at the current location with some enlargement of the building. This implies that the offices, canteen, and dressing/locker rooms will be located in the new part of the building. The vacated spaces will be allocated more efficiently in line with the new business processes.
