Together with a design agency and in close collaboration with the end customer, Egmond Plastic has, in a short time, developed a new high-tech product for the medical industry. The parts are produced using glass fibers from Ultem.
This client approached Egmond Plastic with two wishes. Develop components that are very complex, with tight tolerances and do it fast! We produced three large molds within four weeks. We were able to achieve this, by making use of our own mold shop and an extensive network of mold manufacturers in the Far East.
