Marijke

Marijke is the driving force of the HR department. She enthusiastically puts her years of HR experience, gained at other manufacturing companies, the police and banking, to use. The door to her office is always open and she looks after everyone's interests, possibly supported with some sweets from the candy jar on her desk. Human resource management in terms of diversity and inclusiveness and future-oriented work could not be in better hands than Marijke's.

"Working at Egmond Plastic feels like a warm bath. The cooperation with all colleagues is nice, ideas are appreciated, people are visible. The beauty of my job is that no day is the same and has its challenges. Sometimes I remind myself, "Keep going, remember, sometimes it's the last key that opens the door."
