'From metal to plastic'

Within aviation, the demand for high precision parts is growing. The focus is still on "from metal to plastic". With plastic products, this also requires ever higher precision and similar tolerances to metal. This is not always achievable with injection molding alone. Through the combination of injection molding and subsequent CNC machining, ever tighter tolerances are achievable in plastic products.

All products with close dimensional, shape and location tolerances are measured on our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) after machining.
