Products and parts for the agricultural market

For the agricultural sector, Egmond Plastic is primarily focusing on manufacturing of products for agricultural vehicles. For this industry, we mostly use glass-fiber-filled engineering plastics, which can take a beating and withstand all weather conditions.

Egmond Plastic is a one-stop-shop, so to speak, and offers the customer a total concept in addition to injection molding. Our specialized team thinks along and designs with the customer right from the first stage and offers solutions, such as the assembly of subsystems. An additional advantage is that unforeseen production costs are reduced.

Egmond Plastic makes extensive use of insert-molding. This is the overmolding of metal inserts, such as screw threads, magnets and other fasteners. There is also the possibility of two-component injection molding for relatively small series. A plastic part is overmolded with another plastic. Rubber-like plastics, such as TPE, are often used for this purpose. This is also called overmolding.
