CEO Richard Brandwijk of Egmond Plastic is surprised by the staff

CEO Richard Brandwijk is surprised by the staff.

To his great surprise and completely unexpectedly, our CEO Richard Brandwijk was honored by the staff.

On the initiative of our colleague Sakire, a collection was held among both production and office staff to give something back in gratitude for everything Richard does for his employees on behalf of Egmond Plastic. What a fantastic initiative, and one that is greatly appreciated!

Unaware of what was happening, Richard walked through the factory in the morning and wondered where everyone was. It turned out that the entire staff had gathered in one of the factory halls to surprise him with a beautiful bouquet, a bottle of wine, and a dinner voucher. When he saw the bouquet, he thought he had forgotten an employee's birthday, but it turned out to be for him. Completely bewildered and surprised, he listened to the words of thanks on behalf of the employees and accepted the gifts.

What a lovely gesture, demonstrating the pleasant atmosphere and cooperation among everyone within the company. "Egmond Plastic feels like a warm bath you can sink into," as has been said.

A company to be proud of!
