During the fantastically organized gala evening of the election in the PHIL in Haarlem, the winners from the three categories, The Promise, SME and Large Business, were announced. After a beautiful laser show and during the delicious dinner, provided by Estate Duin en Kruidberg, it became exciting....
The ten companies per category became visible on the stage with their logos, after which a company logo was dropped each time. We were very happy when it turned out that Egmond Plastic was one of the last three companies, together with the companies Avontuur Blanchere (festive lighting) and Kesbeke (pickles). These finalists were allowed to present themselves to the audience during a 45-second pitch.
Of course we hoped to win, but unfortunately it was not to be. Kesbeke, known as the Pickle King of TV, was declared the winner. We would like to congratulate the company Kesbeke. We would also like to congratulate the two other winners: Rodin Machining (De Belofte) and Plymovent (Large Company) with their great victory.
Our thanks go out to the organizers and presenters of the OVNH 2024 for this festive evening.
We are of course very proud and happy that we were nominated and have become a finalist of the OVNH 2024 and are one of the three best companies in North Holland. A great recognition for our solid business operations, our diverse and inclusive personnel policy and vision in terms of sustainability, innovation, energy saving and recycling for a liveable future.
