As an innovative company, Egmond Plastic aims to continue evolving to meet the demands of the 21st-century market. Quick Response Manufacturing is a relatively new concept, originating in the United States, that represents an organization-wide strategy focused on continuously reducing lead times throughout the entire process. This will improve the company’s flexibility and response time, which in turn will further enhance the quality and delivery reliability of its products.

Effective June 1, 2017, the pilot program will be launched and will run for at least two months. Multidisciplinary work groups (teams) have been formed, which meet daily for team discussions and to implement this new business strategy.
