Final phase of large-scale, multi-year renovation nears completion.

The final phase of the large-scale renovation at Egmond Plastic is nearing completion. In 2017, we began this major renovation to make our company future-proof in terms of an efficient and sustainable production process and appearance. Due to our growth, further expansion proved necessary. Therefore, this year it was decided to add a new factory hall. This will allow us to further optimize the production process in terms of logistics, with each department permanently located at the right location. In addition to the new hall, the last of the existing halls will also be fitted with a new subfloor.

In bite-sized chunks, the old floor was removed, piling was done in the "sandbox" that remained and this week the concrete was poured. Just a few more weeks of patience and everything will get its final position and the fumbling for space will be a thing of the past.
