More than 200,000 kWh generated in six months

What a milestone!

At the beginning of 2023, 800 solar panels were installed on the roof of our business premises by the company Sunergetic. They were put into operation in February. And now, six months later, the solar panels have already generated more than 200,000 kWh!                                                                        

It means that we cover 20% of the total energy consumption per month by generating solar energy. In addition to solar energy, we also save energy by replacing some of our hydraulic injection molding machines with electric machines, which are 80% more economical. The goal is to replace all machines with electric ones within a short period of time. The two largest machines will not be replaced, but converted.

Of this 200,000 kWh, 5 – 8% was fed back into the grid, partly through the use of the public Ecotap charging station on our site. At this charging station you can charge your electric car at the weekend at the cost of 5 euro cents (excluding the cost of your charging card). In this way, we still contribute to society.
