Corporate Social Responsibility

As a medium-sized company, Egmond Plastic takes corporate social responsibility seriously. This means we invest time in both the technical and overall development of our employees. For example, our international employees receive Dutch language instruction. In addition, young people with a passion for technology who join us through the UWV’s Youth Employment Service can, after a thorough screening process, have a great opportunity to learn a trade.

Incidentally, Egmond Plastic doesn’t just hire young people. Older employees, too, can find work with us precisely because of their extensive experience. In addition to providing development opportunities for our employees, Egmond Plastic is actively working to make our business operations increasingly sustainable. Plastic waste is recycled and used for external applications. Furthermore, we use only environmentally friendly cleaning products throughout our entire business process. In this way, we do our part in the area of corporate social responsibility.
