On June 10, our production manager Sander was highlighted on the occasion of his 12.5-year anniversary.
This special milestone was festively celebrated with cake and flowers.
When Sander came to work at Egmond Plastic, he did not yet know what the future would hold for him. After a trial period of two months in which he started as an employee in production and at the tool shop, he was given a temporary contract. This contract gave him the opportunity to learn in addition to working and obtain his Vapro B and later Vapro C diploma.
Sander started as an apprentice operator, first converting machines, then later starting up and process management. Injection molding gave him a lot of pleasure and was never boring. Today he focuses on managing and supervising the departments in the plant.
The combination of technology and people in his daily activities mean that he still enjoys going to work, and he is looking forward to the next 12.5 years. Sander thanks all the colleagues he has worked with over the years - without them, working at Egmond Plastic would not have been nearly as much fun.
We wish Sander many more wonderful years with our company.
